Just Relax Candles respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect. When you send a quote enquiry we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the occasion and date you tell us, whether you want collection or delivery and, for delivery, your suburb or town, and any notes you add. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.

Why. We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and arrange your order. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiries, quotes and messages for 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them automatically. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Where it is stored. This website and its data are run by service providers whose systems are outside South Africa, including Cloudflare (website, photos and quotes), Neon (database, in Germany) and Resend (email delivery). They process the information only on our instructions and protect it with appropriate safeguards.

WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Cookies. The website uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us using the details on our Contact page. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
